The BAE Systems Theatre at the Australian War Memorial offers leading-edge conferencing facilities (including teleconferencing) for up to 190 people.

The BAE Systems Theatre is a premium conference facility available to the corporate, Government and other user groups who have a need for general and high tech theatre conferencing.

• In-house powerpoint system plus accommodation for up to three client laptops
• Wide band fibre optics to broadcast television standards
• National and international videoconferencing, point to point and multi point connections, inclusive of full audience participation
• Three state-of–art high resolution multi input data projectors with the capacity to project three separate computer images simultaneously
• Video and audio recording and play back to S-VHS standard
• Full compliment of handheld and lapel-type wireless microphones
• 35mm motion picture projection inclusive of full Dolby stereo surround system
• 35mm slide projectors for single and multi image presentations

A memorable venue for clients to hold conferences, cocktail parties or premiere film screenings, trade presentations and product launches, national and multi-point video conferences. The BAE Systems Theatre and its staff provide a "walk-in walk-out" one-stop-venue for a wide range of corporate clients. Most audiovisual equipment, plus a technical operator, are included in a single hire package. All of this can be combined with a VIP tour of the Memorial's galleries for a truly special occasion.
