Dr Peter Stanley talks with:
- Christine daughter of Clem Coady, who worked as Keeper of the Written Record at the Memorial from 1953 to 1967.
- Elsie Smith, Accounting Machinist, 1949 to 1982.
- Arthur Bourne, Executive Officer, Administration for four years.
- Anne Giles worked as a telephonist and later a printer, 1948 to1950. She returned to the Memorial to work in the Library from 1966 to1989.
