		<description>My mother made Anzac buscuits often when I was a child in the late 1920s. The mixture was dropped by the teaspoonful onto baking trays, leaving plenty of room to spread. No pressing down.
They were a delectable crisp buscuit, not as thin as brandy snaps, but much, much thinner than those commercially made.</description>

		<description>Wow, what a cool thing to do when it was in the olden days and my parents used to work in a Melbourne Biscuit Factory and one day my mum packed some Anzac biscuits for the whole team and all the girls and boys were puting their names and addresess in te packets hoping for a letter from some big and brave soldiers!</description>
