Saturday 15th May 1915- Diary of HV Reynolds
Diary of an ANZAC
Please note: Care has been taken to transcribe these entries without alteration to preserve the original language of Herbert Vincent Reynolds.
‘They enemy fired a few shells after dark last night, a thing they have seldom done lately. They have been sending over a lot of high explosive today.’
*On days such as this the ANZACs are able to spend time at other duties.
For the classroom: What other tasks might need to be carried out during a military campaign?
