History / Summary

Biographical note: Served with the 5th Battalion, AIF. Accountancy Clerk of Hawthorn, VIC, born Albert Park, VIC, educated at Hawthorn College. Died of pleurisy at Camiers, France, 9 February 1919, aged 27 years.

Brother of Lieutenant William Seymour Finlay, 24 Battalion, killed by shell fire, Lone Pine, 29 November 1915.
