Description
Studio portrait probably of 3032 Private (Pte) Arthur Ellis, 10th Reinforcements, 7th Battalion, of Newmarket, Vic, aged 23. Pte Ellis enlisted on 12 July 1915 and embarked from Melbourne aboard HMAT Osterley on 29 September 1915. He returned to Australia on 28 March 1919.
