Description
Studio portrait of 3176 Private (Pte) Thomas William Martin, 7th Reinforcements, 23rd Battalion, of Moonee Ponds, Vic. Pte Martin enlisted on 24 July 1915 and embarked from Melbourne aboard HMAT Commonwealth on 26 November 1915. He later served as a lance sergeant and returned to Australia on 22 December 1918 as a member of the 58th Battalion.
