Description
Combat Film No 4552, Flight Lieutenant Cleveland No 418 Squadron 26 Feb 1944 1700 hrs. Mosquito attacking enemy aircraft. Gun camera footage of an attack on a five engine Heinkel He-111Z-1 towing Gotha Gilders. Interview with Flight Lieutenant Holly Cleveland RCAF of Vancouver and 413671 Squadron Leader Charlie Scherf DFC and bar, DSO of Glen Innes NSW serving with No 418 Night Intruder Squadron RCAF about the downing of the gliders and their tug.
