- Korea. c. 1950-11. Corporal 'Stewie' Ham of the Sniper Section, 3rd Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (3RAR), inspects a captured Communist Chinese 7.62 mm Mosin Nagant M1891/1930 sniper rifle fitted with telescopic sights. Resting alongside him in the foreground is a US M1 Carbine. The Australians armed themselves with a variety of captured and 'borrowed' weapons in Korea. (Donor I. Robertson)
