- El Auja (Auja el Hafir), Palestine. c. 1917-05. Two soldiers beside the damaged railway line which was blown up by members of the Camel Brigade and C Squadron, 11th Australian Light Horse Regiment (11ALH), who spent four days on a demolition raid to destroy the railway line running south from Beersheba to Ashluj and Auja.
