A view of a long beach looking from the north of Gaba Tepe, showing the wire and entrenchments between this point and the Australian positions, the outposts of which were at the extreme left. A soldier is on the beach near a barge and another soldier is half way up the hill. Photograph taken on the Gallipoli Peninsula under the direction of Captain C E W Bean of The Australian Historical Mission, during the months of February and March, 1919.
