Discovery Zone
Programs
Bookings for the Discovery Zone are essential. Book early to avoid disappointment.
The Discovery Zone is not available for school bookings from 12.30 pm - 1.30 pm weekdays, on weekends or during NSW/ACT school and public holidays. During these times the Discovery Zone is open to the public.
You can book a Discovery Zone session by:
- entering a request in the Comments box when booking online
- sending an email to school.bookings@awm.gov.au
- calling our Bookings Officer on 02 6243 4268
Maximum number: 60 (limit of two sessions per school)
Cost: $2.20 per student.
Teachers will be assisted to guide students through the five environments of the Discovery Zone and help them to understand the conditions Australians have faced in wartime.
Discovery Zone programs start on the hour and half hour, and are available from 9.30 am - 12:30 pm and 1.30 pm - 4:30 pm.
