Objectives:

  • To help students to understand the nature, origin and continuing influence of the ‘ANZAC legend’ in shaping Australian identity.
  • To encourage a spirit of historical inquiry

The program:

Students will explore the nature, origins, and continuing influence of the ANZAC legend in shaping Australian identity. What parts of the ANZAC story are not told, and why? Students discuss and analyse the strength, value, and accuracy of the legend.

Price: $5.50 per student, minimum charge $60.50 (incl. GST)

Duration: 1 hour

Maximum number: 60 students per hour

Group size: 15

Available: Daily 9.00 am – 3.30 pm
