Objective:

To enable students to have a better understanding of Australia’s involvement in the Pacific conflict and its broader social impact.

The program:

Explore the roles of Australians during the Second World War and their motivation for doing what they did. Imagine the life of an Australian in 1942. What did they feel and how did they react to the threat of war? What role did men and women play? How did children contribute? Hear stories of Australian people and how they committed to the defence of Australia.

Price: $5.50 per student, minimum charge $60.50 (incl. GST)

Duration: 1 hour

Maximum number: 45 students per hour

Group size: 15

Available: Daily 9.00 am – 3.30 pm
