For primary and secondary school students. This program is adapted to suit students at different age and aptitude levels.

Objectives:

Students will gain an understanding of the relationship between war and technological development.

The program:

What do pigeons, camels and mosquitoes have in common? What is the connection between boots, gas masks and technology? What impact does war have on technology? How does technology alter the course of wars? Do desperate situations make us more resourceful? Students consider these issues by viewing the Memorial’s rich collection of items representing a century of technological changes.

Price: $5.50 per student, minimum charge $60.50 (incl. GST)

Duration: 1 hour

Maximum number: 60 students per hour

Group size: 15

Available: Daily 9.00 am – 3.30 pm
