Remembrance Day National Ceremony
Tuesday, November 11 at 10.15 am

On 11 November 1918 at 11 am the guns of the Western Front fell silent after more than four years of continuous warfare. This year marks the 90th Anniversary of the Armistice, when Australians remember those who fought and died for our country in war and armed conflicts.
Everyone is encouraged to attend this important ceremony. Please note the Memorial will be closed during the ceremony and will open after the ceremony's conclusion. A special commemorative closing will be conducted at 4.50 pm.
Limited public seating is available for the National Ceremony. If you would like to request seating please email ceremony@awm.gov.au stating the number of seats you would like to request - please provide your postal address so that entrée cards can be issued. Please note, this is on a first come first served basis.
Limited public seating is available. Please arrive before 9.30 am.
The Memorial will open after the Remembrance Day ceremony. You are invited to lay a single poppy at the Tomb at the conclusion of the ceremony.
Parking: Please note that aside from parking for the mobility-impaired, there is limited parking available at the site.
