Orientation Gallery
The
Orientation Gallery serves as an introduction to visitors to the Memorial's
galleries. It contains a display of small relics which give a pointer
to what visitors will see in other parts of the Memorial. It is dominated
by a ship's lifeboat that took Australians ashore at Gallipoli on 25
April 1915.
The Orientation Gallery is suitable for cocktail receptions, and is particularly appropriate for those wishing to hold a reception followed by guided tours of the Memorial's exhibits. It is only available outside of Memorial opening hours, and entry is via the Memorial's main entrance.
