Christmas Turnaround times and trading

The eSales unit will be closed from midday 24 December 2009 and reopen on the 30 December 2009.  Due to the holiday season turnaround times will be longer than usual.  Please see below for Christmas ordering cut-off dates and processing times.

Please note that these dates are indicative and every attempt will be made to despatch orders in time for Christmas.

Orders for images, film and sound from the Memorial’s Collection

Please ensure your order is placed by Tuesday 1 st December to allow for Christmas delivery (within Australia). Orders placed after this date may not arrive in time for Christmas!

Orders placed after 1st December 2009 may take 4-6 weeks for delivery due to the Christmas trading period (overseas orders may take longer).

Theses timings are indicative and are subject to change depending on the availability of stock and service demand.  Postage time is in addition to these turnaround times.

Orders for books, DVD’s and other merchandise from the online Shop.

Please ensure you order is placed by Monday 7 th December 2009 to allow for Christmas delivery (within Australia). Orders placed after this date may not arrive in time for Christmas!

Orders placed after 7 th December may take up to 4 weeks delivery due to the Christmas trading period. (overseas orders may take longer).

Collection images and books, merchandise etc.

1. search for the items you wish to order, click on the add to cart button
2. determine if you have to pay a user fee
3. select the format and size you require (if applicable)
4. agree to our Terms and Conditions
5. complete your delivery and billing details
6. provide us with any special instructions you may have.
   NOTE: Urgent orders will attract a production rush fee. Please see Delivery timeframe for further information.
7. select a payment method.

Film and sound

1. Search for the film or sound recording you would like to purchase
2. Click on "request a copy" and
3. Download the order form, fill it in, and fax or post it to the eSales Unit.
