User fees for commercial use
Photographs, art works, film footage or sound recordings can be reproduced for commercial publications (including books, magazines, calendars) advertising, broadcast TV, merchandise, etc.
As a major cultural institution, it is our responsibility to house, care for and preserve the items within the collection. The fees received contribute towards maintaining this collection. This is not a copyright fee, it is a commercial use fee that the Memorial levies on all commercial use of all collection items.
You will need to:
- select the item(s) you need.
- select the type of use you are intending
- agree to our conditions of use
- add to the special instructions box, when you complete your delivery details, how you are proposing to use the item, including full title and dates or fill out the permission form and fax, mail or email it to the E-Sales unit.
