A return trip to Vietnam. Four Vietnam veterans return to the country that had such an impact on their lives. As they travel together, the film flashes back to individual war stories, illustrated by unique home movie footage. The men also meet veterans from the other side - ex-Viet Cong, also suffering from post traumatic stress.
