From the Memorials collection, this vibrant 100% cotton tea towel reproduces a classic recruitment poster from the Second World War. Produced in 1943, the poster was aimed at Australian women on the home front, and was designed to counter the perception that it was inappropriate for women to enlist, or to work in industry and agriculture. This is one of three exciting new tea towel designs. Each tea towel measures approx 480 mm x 740 mm. (Wash separately in cold water before use.)
