Known affectionately as the 'Pig' for its ability to hunt at night close to the ground, the F-111C is a twin-engine swing-wing strike fighter. Introduced to the RAAF in June 1973, the F-111 remained in service for 37 years and was the fastest and longest ranging combat aircraft in the Asia Pacific region. This 1:72 scale diecast replica accurately recreates an F-111C from 1 Squadron, RAAF (A8-148). Comes boxed and fully painted, with minimal assembly required. Measures approximately 30 cm long, 17 cm wide.
