Description
Colonel F. A. Burrows and Major Turner NX12213, examining a "Molotov cocktail" the name given to the home made bombs used against tanks. These bombs are just bottles filled with a mixture of pitch and benzine. A piece of hessian is used for a wick and when it is lit the bottle is thrown against the side of the tank where it bursts, allowing the mixture to spread over the surface where it catches light and generates a great heat that invariably incinerates the occupants.
