Members of 27 Infantry Brigade marching past the saluting base during a parade organised by Lieutenant Colonel F. G. Galleghan, Commander AIP POWs. The head of the column is passing the saluting base, the salute being taken by Major General C. A. Callaghan. The chairs are the saluting base are to assist Major General Callaghan who was ill and after the passing this company he sat down to carry out only the motions of saluting.
Identified personnel are: Lieutenant Colonel F. G. Galleghan to right of Major General C. A. Callaghan.
First row behind Major General Callaghan includes Colonel J. H. Thyer, Lieutenant Colonel C. H. McEacharn, Colonel W. Kent-Hughes.
