Collection relating to service of 1127 Lance Corporal Hubert David Creen, 6 Battalion and 2 Field Company Engineers, Gallipoli and France, 1914-1918. Collection includes a narrative of Creen's experiences on Gallipoli and in France.
History / Summary
Biographical note: Lance Corporal, 6th Bn and 2nd Field Company Engineers, AIF. Joined AIF 25 September 1914, returned to Australia, 8 October 1918. Creen's brother 218 Corporal Percy George Creen was killed in action near Lone House, Zonnebeke, 20 September 1917.
