Collection relating to service of Major Percy Walter Dobson MC, 36 Heavy Artillery Brigade, France, 1915-1919. Collection includes typewritten transcripts and photostat copies of a narrative of Major Dobson's service. Copies made in 1928 by the Australian War Memorial, Perth Office. Location of originals unknown.

Biographical note: Major, MC, 36th Hvy Arty Bde, AIF. Officer of the Australian Permanent Forces; born July 16 1892; appointed a Lieutenant in the AIF on 21 May 1915; promoted Captain on 15 June 1918; returned to Australia, 1919.
