Collection relating to service of 3101 2nd Lieutenant Simon Fraser, 58 Battalion, France, 1916. Collection consists of a handwritten copy of a letter written by Fraser to family and friends in Brisbane Hill, Hamilton, Victoria, describing ten days spent in the trenches in the Fleurbeaux area. Gives detailed description of rescuing wounded men from no man's land. The letter is incomplete. Location of original unknown.
