Description
Collection relating to the service of Lieutenant Leslie James Martin, 1 Machine Gun Company, AIF. Collection consists of a typed copy of a letter written by Lieutenant Martin to [his brother?] Jack, in July 1916. The letter gives a vivid and graphic account of Martin's experience of the Battle of Fromelles.
