Collection relating to the service of Lieutenant Albert Henry Moss, 15 Battalion, AIF, France, 1918. Collection consists of three letters written by Moss to his wife Eva - [all letters are signed 'Harry'] - and three miscellaneous notes.
History / Summary
Lieutenant Albert Henry Moss, 15 Battalion, Australian Infantry. Telegraph linesman; of Fortitude Valley, Queensland, born Bristol, England, educated at Bristol; served in British Army for five years, came to Australia when 24 years old. Died of wounds 19 June 1918, aged 29. Son of Henry and Elizabeth Ann Moss. Husband of Mrs. E. M. Moss, of Claremont, Byres St., Newstead, Brisbane.
