Collection relating to the First World War service of Chaplain Donald Burns Blackwood MC. Collection consists of a statement of experiences as Army Chaplain. Comments on the voyage to Egypt and his success in the role of a Chaplain, training with the men in Egypt and the value this gives to his work, and active service in France. Chaplain Blackwood also notes the 2,000 letters written to next of kin.
