Description
Report to the Minister of Defence on his recent trip abroad, 1916-1917. Chaplain General Holden discusses administrative arrangements for chaplains in allied armies, making recommendations for the improved status, pay and conditions for chaplains and praises the work of the Red Cross and YMCA.
