Description
Collection relating to the First World War service of Lt Col Richard Stewart Gee, 9th Battery, Australian Field Artillery. Collection consists of a typed version of personal diary kept by Lt Col Gee from 4 August 1914 until the end of hostilities. It is a very detailed daily account in both the personal and military sense. Also included is a letter written by Flight Officer Richard Henry Gee to his father (Richard Stewart Gee), regarding flights over Germany and Italy, 1943.
