Doorway in Judea
Description
Depicts a section of wall in Judea, with a large open doorway slightly above street level, another smaller doorway is slightly below street level, and a window above the lower door. A civilian is about to pass through the doorway. From Set 3 of a portfolio of 15 etchings based on sketches done on active service in Mesopotamia and Palestine, 1916-17. Printed in 1919.
