Walking wounded at dressing station
Description
Depicts the wounded from the Front Line in motor lorries being unloaded at the Casualty Clearing Station at St Brie on the morning of the advance over Mont St. Quentin Canal. Shows soldiers of various armies, Australian, French, German, soldiers and Officers and Imperial Troops.
Wilfred Lewis King served with the 60th Battalion during the First World War. In 1918 he was transferred to the 5th Australian Division Concert Party.
