Bougainville battlefield
Description
Showing the desolation of Artillery Ridge, which was captured by 9th Australian Infantry Battalion. A track has been cut around the side of the ridge by the Pioneers to avoid the steep climb over the hill, and a banyan tree is shown on the skyline in the top left.
