Greek Caique in Iraklion harbour
Description
Iraklion is also known as Heraklion in the Official War History, the airfield there was strongly defended by the 14th (British) Infantry Brigade, to which 2/4th Australian Infantry Battalion was attached, against the invading German paratroops, in May 1941.
