The US flag flies at the mast of Australian - built tug boat, Ballina
Description
A tug boat, made by Barnes and launched on the Clarence River at Lismore, lies up after a storm in Ballina with a damaged propeller. A bleak wintry wind sweeps across the town at the mouth of the Clarence. It is Sunday and the American skipper entertains a few friends on board.
