Description
H.R.H. The Duke of Gloucester, when Governor-General of Australia made constant flights from State to State during the war period, invariably accompanied by H.R.H the Duchess of Gloucester. Their return to Canberra was marked by only the simplest formalities as may be seen in this picture.
