An equestrian portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth in uniform of the Welsh Guards. The background is Horse Parade Ground and headquarters, London, 1965. Queen Elizabeth rode this horse, Imperial, during the 1957 "Trooping the Colour" - an annual event celebrating the sovereign's birthday.
