Major Frederick Howard
Description
A portrait of Major Frederick James Howard of the military history records section, 2 Australian Imperial Force. At the time this drawing was executed, Frederick James Howard was a temporary Major. He became Major in 1942, a temporary Lieutenant Colonel in 1943 and a Lieutenant Colonel in 1944.
