Japanese POWs
Description
After trekking out of the hills above Wewak Point, Japanese prisoners of war are shown as they await internment on Muschu Island; some prisoners are embarking on a landing craft behind. Most of these men were in a bad state of malnutrition, many dying before they could be invalided home to Japan.
