Women's night shift
Description
Six nights of it, fighting sleep; gossip and walkabouts failing to revive after the men have clocked off. Eventually a skeleton staff of rostered males stayed until 7am., when the women and sketeton clocked off together, Small Arms Factory, Lithgow, New South Wales.
