Portrait of VX14985 Lieutenant William Illingworth Taylor. Lt Taylor ran the Army Newspaper 'Table Tops' when it was located on Morotai Island. The portrait was made by a black American soldier, William Alexander, 9th Infantry Division, whom Lt Taylor encountered on Morotai.
