Description

Depicts four soldiers representing four different types of uniform within the Victorian Regiments. On the far left, is a Sergeant, Marching Order, of the Victorian Rangers. To his direct right, standing slightly behind him, is a Private, marching Order, of the Victorian Rangers. In the centre of the image, wearing a red sash across his torso, is an Officer of the Victorian Infantry Brigade Militia. The fourth soldier, who is seated on the far right on a brown horse, is a Trooper, Review Order, Victorian Mounted Rifles. This was a supplement from 'The Army & Navy Gazette'.
