Great Britain will pursue the war against Japan to the very end
Description
Propaganda was essential for boosting morale particularly during the tail end of the war. During the final strikes against Japan, British forces operated as an integral part of the American task force. This poster depicts a low level view of a British tank, flying the Union Jack, cresting over a hill. This poster was used as part of a series with the slogan 'Great Britain will pursue the war against Japan to the very end' by then Prime Minister Winston Churchill.
