Description
British First World War recruitment poster. Text only in banner style printed in brown ink on white paper. It targets older ex- soldiers (up to 50 years) with experience urging them to re-enlist to serve as Instructors to the newly formed units. Once excepted it states they will be given the ranks that they formerly held and that Pensioners will be able to draw on their pensions as well as being paid by the Army.
