Collection relating to the Second World War service of 128201 Light Aircraftman Donald Parncutt, 325 Radar Station, RAAF, Australia, 1999.
Wallet 1 of 1 - Memoir written by Parnett about his service as a radar operator during the Second World War covering the years May 1943-September 1945. He includes extracts from a diary, May-July 1945, kept by 128314 Leading Aircraftman Valentine Doyle who also served with 325 Radar Station. Parnett describes his work at Corunna Downs in Western Australia, 1944, Morotai Island, New Guinea and Borneo, 1945. The memoir also includes a list of personnel who served with 325 Radar Station in Borneo and contains recent photographs of Corunna Downs, and a map of the Brunei district.
