Specimen clasp 'FRANCE AND GERMANY' for wear on the Atlantic Star or Air Crew Europe Star.
History / Summary
The clasp 'France and Germany' was awarded to those who qualified for the France and Germany Star by having participated in land, sea or air operations in, or over, France, Holland, Belgium or Germany between 6 June 1944 and 8 May 1945, but who had already qualified for the award of either the Atlantic Star or the Air Crew Europe Star. The bar was sewn onto the ribbon of the appropriate star.
