Description
Admiring a presentation of a solid silver cormorant which was presented to the Joint Services Staff College by the United Kingdom Joint Services Staff College. A cormorant is the club emblem of the UK Joint Services Staff College at Lattimer, and is featured on its crest. It was selected because of its Tri-service nature, "the bird flies, swims and lives on land". Identified left to right: Lieutenant Colonel H G Honnor; Brigadier I A Geddes, Director of Joint Services Staff College; Sir John Wilton, Chairman, Chiefs of Staff; and Captain G Loosli of the RAN.
