Collection relating to Second Lieutenant Thomas Francis Rowden, MM, 22 Battalion. It comprises a series of correspondence written by Rowden, 1915-1918 to his parents documenting his First World War experiences, including his troopship voyage and active service at Gallipoli, France and Belgium and his officer training in England.
